We provide specialist advice, peer-learning, resources and campaigns to help every community thrive, including to take over and run assets for the benefit of local people. We believe that when communities come together, they can transform lives and build a fairer society.

Through the new Locality Manifesto, we’re calling for a “community power revolution”. We know that local communities are best placed to transform lives and create a fairer society. To achieve this, we are calling on the next government to make five big reforms.
